  15.           The _s_h_o_w_p_i_c_t_u_r_e program will allow a user on a properly-
  16.           equipped workstation to view a picture using the
  17.           xloadimage(1) program.  It is intended to be called from
  18.           mailcap files, typically by the metamail(1) program.

  20.           By default, the program used to display pictures under X11
  21.           is "xloadimage -view -quiet -geometry +1+1".  This can be
  22.           overridden either by the environment variable X_VIEWER or by
  23.           the -viewer command line option.
